The room I stayed in was clean and had enough space to move around comfortably. The bathroom had a modern feel to it. I was really surprised by the proximity of the hotel to Hammersmith tube station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The presence of a Tesco across the road was a bonus for any necessary supplies. Despite the absence of air conditioning, a little fan provided some relief from the heatwave. The staff were indifferent, but I appreciated being upgraded to a slightly better room.

The breakfast was good and offered a variety of options. The location was convenient for the places I visited. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great customer service.
The room had water stains on the ceiling and some cracks on the walls. The mini fridge was not functional, and the shower only had a small bar of soap instead of shower gel or shampoo.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were so helpful and polite, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh cooked eggs that we really enjoyed. The hotel facilities were great, with a fridge in our room and a fan to keep us cool in the hot weather. We also found the location to be very convenient, as there were three underground stations nearby and it only took us less than 10 minutes to reach the city centre.

The location of the hotel was great, situated between two underground stations and within easy walking distance from Olympia. It was close to public transport, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The room we had was quite small but spotlessly clean, with daily cleaning and towel service. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage on the day we checked out. There were plenty of food shops and a large Tesco nearby.
Some noise from other guests in the building was bothersome.
